Acute loss of vision in left eye(central retinal artery occludion)

A female pt aged 46yrs had sudden loss of vision(6.45PM) in left eye following bending forward before one and a half months. She has mild MR(regurgitation of mitral valve). No H/o Hypertension or Diabetes Mellitus. Her lipid profile is normal. Opthalmologist was immediately consulted(within 60 seconds) but he could not diagnose the condition. Blood thinning Injection Clexane was given at 8.30PM. We immediately went for MR-Angiography which was normal. Afterwords we consulted Retina Sepcialist(at10.15PM)and he diagnosed that she is having Central Retinal Artery occlusion. He immediately did paracentesis of anterior chamber, gave digital massage, gave Tablet Diamox 500mg and started Injection Mannitol and Injection Heparin 25000units within 12 hours. Kindly guide me.
