The ABC Homeopathy Forum

High BP and bloating stomach

I am 30 year old Male. I have High BP, it was diagnosed about 7 years back.
I have been following the mix of Homeopathic and allopathic both for a long time. but I have left the homeopathic treatment for about 8-9 months back and now I am purely on the allopathic medicine. After taking continuous medicine my BP varies from 95-100 to 135-140

I also have a tendency to have bloating stomach, specially after the meals, however I do not have any constipation problem.

I like eating good food, but I usually avoid it due to bloating stomach and I also have a nature to take too much of tension.

Please suggest some medicine which can control high BP and Stomach problem.

Thanks for replying to my post, To answer the questions, I have tried to explain myself to the best of my ability,

1. Describe your main sufferings and other related or unrelated sufferings in as much detail as possible. Remember, it is not sufficient
to tell you have high B.P. Tell us how it affects you in all details.

I have always been very much focused towards my studies, and strived to be at the top, and always stressed about the same.
during my professional degree(around 7-8 years back)
, I have started having continuous headache, which was not getting reduced by normal pain killers. Then on further checkups, I got to know that I have high B.P. and started taking homeopathic medicines, but I was not getting much relief in terms of headache (for about 6-7 months). So ultimately I have switched to allopathic medicin, after which I felt some relief. Till that time I did not have any stomatch related issues.

But after around 2 yrs, BP was not well under control even after taking the allopathic medicines and I was getting frequent headaches also, so I have undergone some checkups and an left Adrinal cyst was detected, but on further test for the same, the cyst was diagnosed as inactive cyst ans it was not the cause for the hypertension. Again the doctors have prescribed some set of allopathic medicines.

I kept on taking these allopathic medicines for about 1 year, and thought of trying homeopathy again as I keep hearing that allopathy has side effects, so I started the homeo medicine as adviced by my doctor, but the only different thing was that my doctor has kept me on both homeo as well as allopathic medicine, and whenever I stop allopathic, BP was again rising.
I have kept that treatment for around two years, but since the homeopathic medicine that I was taking(not aware of the name of the medicine.) was not helping me much without the allopathic, so I have stopped that around 8-9 months back. And since then I have been taking allopathic only medicine (eslo 2.5mg and minipressxl 2.5mg ) one each in morning.

Family history:
My mother has high BP and Father has Diabetes.

So major problems right now are :
* No sound sleep
* Bloating in stomach and sometimes aches also
* BP remains in high zone
* Lot of Anxiety for almost every little thing

2. Write an essay on yourself, your personality, nature, likes and dislikes, thermal preferences, cravings and aversions, fears and dreams, your ambition in life, your inner-most desires, your place in society etc.

Not very good at handling criticism, vocally not very expressive abt how i am feeling.

Likes:

Like spicy food, very fond of sweets, like soft music, I like it when it rains.

Dislikes:

Hi

Please describe the nature of the Headaches described by you. What makes them bad / better? What time of the day they are worst? What time you feel a little better?

Regards,
Niel

Niel Madhavan last decade
Well the headaches used to be really bad, pulsating pain all over the head specially over eye brows and neck. But the intensity used to be so high that I felt it all over the head. It was accompanied by vomiting as well. These headaches generally happens in morning (whenever I don’t get a sound sleep) and evenings.
Over the time the intensity/frequency reduced with Allopathic medicines but I used to take pain killers like flexon as the pain was unbearable.
Loud noise, sun makes the headaches worse and the pain killers/ fresh cool AC environment or even a bath with cold water makes me feel better.

Hi

Please take three et doses of Nat mur 200 separated by 3 hours each on a SINGLE DAY only.

For preparing wet doses, dissolve 2 pills/drops of the remedy in 100 ml of mineral water and let it dissolve. One teaspoon from the solution is one dose. Throw away the remaining solution.

Please let me know of your condition 7 days from taking the remedy.

In addition to the remedies, you will need to put a tight control on your diet. The general rule of thumb is that you should have a food regimen rich in Potassium and low on Sodium. You can get a lot of information on this online. Very little salt and no red meat. Also, no coffee or alcohol.

Niel

P. S. - Keep taking your B.P. remedies for the time being. Depending on the reaction to the remedy, we shall cut it down with time.

Thanks doctor for suggesting the remedy/medicine.
I'll take the same and update in week's time.

10 drops in 1/4th glass of water 3 times a day (start this after 4 pm and take it 3 times at equal intervals before you go to bed).
