Gradual hairloss since 7 years. Need Help

Hi,
I am 27 years healthy male from India. I had been experiencing hair loss since I was 20. I had been gradual. I tried taking good care but it still continues. Now it is kind of visible too.
I had seen a dermatologist here and he has prescribed Propecia and Minoxidil.Its genetic baldness and DHT is causing it.
Now the problem is as I am just 27, unmarried, I do not want to take propecia considering its side effects.
Any help/remedy recommended here is appreciated.
