Post surgery pain
My friend had a surgery recently to fix a labrum tear (at his shoulder). Apparently they fixed in a screw to fix the tear. He has pain in the shoulder and is going to physio therapy. But I'd like to know if Arnica would help reduce his pain. If so, what potency should he be taking? I have 200C currently, not sure if that wouldbe good enough or should it be 30 C.He has sharp pain sometimes, but mostly normal pain around the shoulder where the surgery was done. Little bit of feeling of 'do not touch' when somebody is trying to approach his arm.
Please advise, so I can provide him with the right medication.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can give him 3 doses of Arnica 200c in water for one day only.
Dissolve 1 pellet in a 250 ml spring water bottle, and give him a teaspoon from there 3 times equally spaced by 2-3 hrs.
Do not repeat these doses after 3.

Yes I agree with Sameer, Arnica seems appropriate.

Thanks for ur quick response. I forgot to mention that he already took one dose of arnica 200c. One dose one day, I told him to stop taking anymore for few days. Should he just stop now or stop for few days n take another?
