Hormones, bones stomach and siatica nerve problem _{Page 2 of 6}

I took the hiperium 2 doze today i feel a lil ease. will continue the stomach pills for next 3 days as i am travelling and i dont have homepath chemist accessibility.

should i take the bone pills 1 or 2 doze if my bone create any trouble?

I am coming back by tomorrow my stomach is in mess. lots of gas formation too much of problem.

I am back now. well i was in the meditation centre so no chance of eating spicy food and over eating was just not possible you generally eat less when you meditate.

The gas and bloating is more below the naval specially when i am sitting and if i start walking then the problem becomes more acute.

I have blockage in my ear and nose and and chest due to cold and cough. you know i went to dharamshala and it was snowing there so you can imagine the kind of cold weather in delhi it is cold but not that much.

I feel relife in my nerve problem but i think it is temproraily. the other day in the night i had such terrible pain in the entire left side of the body. speciall in my upper arms, lumber and legs. I was continuously doing self hypnitising after 20 mins of practise i was at ease and could sleep.

Please suggest me medicine for cough and gastric and definately for bones. i feel so weak these days my hands get tired while washing face.

I have a severe pain in my throat and i am coughing also, while coughing the pain in unbearable. hope lycopodium will take care of my pain too.

i took the medicine in the morning and i feel only 5% better. whole day i was in bed is there anyway i can get better faster. onething more my lower is always in pain. should i carry on with my stomach medicine. i am not loosing any weight with nat phos 6 x. why is that?

Which is a deep acting medicine? I am not clear should i take stomach medicine when i am taking cough medicine. I think by now you know all my symptoums just one and most important problem is the weakness and i am just not able to get up in the morning i sleep around 12 and get up around 12 i want to get up 6 30and practise my meditation its been ages i am not able to go to my office on time which is ideally 9 o clock. i always get up around 10 or 11 o clock this is making me a huge loss. is there anything you can work on a very urgent basis.

i need to loose 5 kilos atleast i had been taking nat phos 6x so far no weight loss

i have lts of scares of the pimples on my face should i use some cream for it or u will suggest something fr that doc. time to sleep nw.

I started Nat Phos 15 days back. one more thing i stomach is not getting cleared properly. it is always unsatisfied feeling. and whole day i feel constipated and gassy.

i m feeling very very weak and yes u r right i dont get enough sleep. i am having tyerrible pain n my neck cant even drive it seems there is a 100 kiols put on my shoulders and neck. so much f pain.
