Swollen Gland on neck, chills and dizzinessI feel sooooo bad. This is round two of nasty flu symptoms, and they are now travelling to my neck and chest. Im a nursing mother, so i have to be wary of what i take..
There is alot of emotional stuff coming into play here too, i recognise that clearly.. but i would appreciate any remedy suggestions you might have..

Nasal discharge, nasal blocking, sneezings, headache, body ache, fever, chills etc.?
If you can give more idea about your symptoms a proper remedy can be suggested?

the symptoms of my flu were;
dizziness, malaise, stiff neck, blocked nose, then runny nose 2 days later.. no fever then.
I was using a natural herbal supplement called 'Bio Attack' - it contained olive leaf extract, echinecea, zinc, among other things. It really did seem to do the trick until thursday when i got struck with:
Fever, chills, stiff neck, extremely swollen glands, swollen and sore throat. On top of this, i also had a sore breast - the onset of mastitis. My baby is 4 months old, and this is the second time i have had it since her birth. On top of this i have also suffered gastro problems, migraines and depression, so something is definately going on!
I did go to my GP, who has (as always) prescribed antibiotics. Now, while i am not a huge fan of them, i do think they have a place, especially when an infection like mastitis has set in. Im a nursing mum of three kids, and i was really very unwell!
This latest 'episode' has really made me realise how unwell i am.. i think 2004 will be the year i put my health as my #1 priority!
I look forward to hearing your suggeststions;
