Ejaculation while sleeping

I am a single and I ejaculate while sleeping some time even some dream! I am very down as this happens with me very often.
Please help me to come out from this.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Sperm is produced constantly by the testes, and it has to go somewhere. If it doesn't come out by, erm, other means, it will eventually come out while you sleep.

It's normal and healthy and you should'nt worry about it.
