plz plz help-stomach rumbling, abdominal pain, headache, stress, IBS?

First of all i am a male. 25 years old of indian origin, from the subcontinent

1. For the past two and half years, I have had stomach noises, and abdominal pain along with major stress, anxiety, loss of confidence, and self0 belief. The pain is usually nagging and in the right hand side bottom, while the abdominal pain gets worse after a bowel movement and its really annoying.

2. The pain is usually located all over the abdomen and I have had stool tests which came out fine. My stool is also of differnet colors from yellowish to dark brown (but never dark dark or black).

3. I also suffer from severe depression and anxiety and stress and it all started in university when i couldn't do engineering and changed my majors and its unbearable now the pain and anxiety. its been a problem now for at least 2 years and it started in teh classroom.

4. the problem gets worse when im under stress, anxiety, depression. and i have to talk to people also i lack confidence in doing so and fees totally awkward at times.

5. the problem seems to get better when i m not under duress or stress or what i dont drink milk products or overeat (as i m also getting very overweight) due to stress and other reasons.

6. the sleep patterns are fine i sleep on average 8 hours a day and usually wake up at around 8 AM.

7. I m sensitive to cold weather and have repeated bouts of cough, flu, s well as mucus discharge and bronchitis affection.

8. my mind is very very weak. i suffer from anxiety, loneliness, mood swings, sometimes i appear overbearing, and stress is a major factor of my life since i have been 12 or 13 (over 13 years now and its killing me :( ..

9. I crave for fast food and sweets, and cannt get over it.

10. major diseases suffered in the past have been bronchitis, cold flu, etc. nothing toooo too serious.

11. I have taken several medicines to treat this chronic problem such as over the counter IBS pills that are natural.

12. I have been taking lycopodium 30ch for the past 4 months, 4 pellets twice a day for 4 months. It improved my confidence and also my stomach and noise and abodonminal problems rapidly but i stopped for one month and now its all backk...i bought lycopodium 30ch today from the market as it gives me relief. i was also put on nexerium for anxiety by a homeopathic doctor but that has had no impact whatsoever.

13 Symptoms:

- stress, anxiety.
- fear of talking to strangers, especially girls.
-overweight.
-lack of confidence
-abomminal pain in the right side left side and also in the centre.
- acid reflux, constant burping,
-cough
-flu
-headache,
-high heartbeat (did every test for this possible doctor said it was due to increased weight, and fatty liver).
- mucus yellowish discharge from the mouth
-ringing sound in the ears and less hearing in one ear or so it appears.
- just a general feeling of drowsiness and unhappiness and grumpiness making it look like to everyone that i am an idiot :(

plz plz some person out there ehlp me..should i continue with lycopdium 30ch or add something else to help me relieve my symptoms as i ahve been taking this homepathic medicine for 4 months now...and this IBS related problem (or so it seems) keeps on coming back

any help would be welcome

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If the Lycopodium 30ch has helped you, it's possible that you are not getting a powerful enough dose.

You can try getting Lycopodium 200c. Start with one pellet in 10oz of water, and drink 2 tablespoons of it. See what the effect of that is.

Put only one pellet of Lycopodium 200c into 10oz of water. Let it dissolve and drink only 2 tablespoons.

Do you understand?
