Unable to conceive after 7 years of marriage

9. List of your complain first
a) Mild PCOD was detected in 2005.
b) Having an Allopathic treatment for the last 6 years to get conceive.
c) I took allopathic treatment from March 2005 to Sept 2007 but it did not resulted in pregnancy. Then doctor advice not to take any medicines. We had ayurvedic treatment for two months from (Sept 2007 to dec-2007) and got pregnancy in Jan 2008.
d) I had a pregnancy in Jan 2008, but it was a missed abortion after 4 months of pregnancy. The reason was triplody detected.
e) Doctor did D&C to remove the products of conception after abortion. The D&C was done twice again after one week because not all the products of conception were removed in the first D&C and molar degeneration also occurred in between.
f) I was detected with genital TB in Dec2009 and I took a treatment of Akurit-4 medicine for nine months.
g) I had a laparoscopy and ovary drilling in Mar 2010 and the laparoscopy was normal.
h) I had continuous medical treatment from Mar 2010 for conceiving. I took Latroz medicines for 9 months. In between I had two cycles of IUI, first in July 2010 with Letroz and then second one in Dec 2010 with Syphine (Clomiphene Citrate )medicine and FSH-150 injections. The two IUI cycles did not resulted in pregnancy.
i) Presently I am having third cycle of IUI. I am taking Metformin tablets for the last six years and in this IUI cycle doctors advice to stop taking. Doctor has given four injections of Utrova 150 (FSH-150) in this cycle.
j) Weight gain due to progesterone hormone tablets through vagina.
k) Regularly ovulating on 14th day.
l) Late periods which extends from 30 to 36 days.
m) Feel pain in breast after 15th day of menses. Heaviness of breasts.
n) Hair fall and itchy scalp.
o) Feel laziness, have depression, short temper and irritation.

17. How does this affect you ? Very much. It has made me to have depression, short temper and irritation.
18. How does it feel like ? I feel like to be isolated from everybody till I give a birth to a child.
19. What comes to your mind ? To give birth to a child.
