ulcers on tongue with thick yellow coated

I am 33 year with regular ulcers in the left and rite side of tongue for many years.
Let me give some introduction about my complaint. I am little exited person. I have temper. I am person who gets angry easily. I like cold weather more. I like spicy food. I am active man who likes to do physical work. I am 5 ft 5inches, and weigh 63 kgs. My weight has remained unchanged for the last 7 years.
I get sores on my lips or inside the mouth occasionally. Ulcers on the tongue starts with small size and next day it starts with small hole and son on..
Finally it looks with: thick yellow colour thickly coated.
I have taken following medicines so far:
Sulphur 200
Nit Argentinium 30, 200
borax 30 200
Mer Sul 30, 200
arsenic alb 30 ,200
Carbo vege 30
belladono 30,200
Heper Sulphar 200

Recently i took kali mur and kali bic 30.. no use of it..



Please suggest me some good remedy
