My mother in law who is 62 years old has been diagnosed with right renal calculi.
This is what her USG report says:

She is diabetic and a patient of hypertension.

Her I.V.U report says:
There is an evidence of radiopacity at the level of L-2 on the right side in the renal region.
right renal calculus with normal excretory both kidneys.Lumber spondylosis.

blood urea-44.9 mg/dl
serum creatine 1.22 mg/dl
serum uric acid-5.2 mg/dl
calcium 8.1 mg/dl

potassium-4.0 mmol/l

Blood sugar 'pp'-118.1 mg/dl

the doctor says she needs to operated for it.
Can any homeopathy medicine help to treat it?

The 2 remedies that I have prescribed to many patients the majority of whom were cured are as follows:

Berberis Vulgaris 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
This remedy usually dissolves the Calculi in a few weeks and they can sometimes pass down the Ureter into the bladder without any pain or discomfort to the patient.

Some patients feel discomfort and even acute pain when the dissolved stone is passing down and this is when Colocynthis 200 in the DRY pellets will be given to the patient to relax the Ureter to help the stone to pass down. 4-6 pellets given sublingually is the dose

Do not consent to any surgery as it is too invasive and uncalled for at her age.

If my therapy does not help in 3 months she can then have the stone shattered in a Lithotrypter which many hospitals will have.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.
