Hemorrhoids and Rectal drainage daily, post surgery

I had hemorrhoid surgery one month ago. Not my first either but first in this area external.

It was a 3 inch incision left check. Incision was about 1 inch from anus and extended outward 3 inch.

That has healed. Below the incision (toward anus)I now get swelling that i did not have before. When that swelling goes down I either get drainage from inside that drips down the leg a little or go BM and its feces mixed with white/clear liquid.

Grean leaf extract helps alot to keep swelling down and dry out whatever is going on below skin surface.

Anus is red rash but has been that way for some time now.

Im doing sitz bath with 6 drops of Tea Tree oil in the water.

All this is helping.

After bath I use baby powder or some gold bond to help keep anus area dry. That helps to.

Not sure if Im still healing or if Im fighting a abcess.

Surgeon did a post exam 1 week ago and said I see bruising and still healing.

The bruising is in an area that surgery was not done. Looks like trauma to me.

please advise.
