This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
"normal" dosage of vit e is 400-800 i.u.. How much are you to take??
vit e is fat-soluble (unlike c and B-you will not overdose on them-but you can overdose EASILY on e as it accumulates)
it is a blood-thinner, meaning your blood will not clot that easy.
Anyway it is definitely risky.
did SHE take that much?for how long?are you sure?

I agree with Astra. It accumulates and may have unwanted and unknown side effects. One may ruin ones holiday. Take some as a regular course if you wish.
Wear Color clothing with longer sleeves. White clothing attracts the sun. People in Florida on the beach do not wear white. They will burn quickly. A black umbrella is Cooling.
Shower often to hydrate the skin. (do not scrub, just water) Drink LOTS of water and avoid caffeine like it was a disease.
You CANNOT afford to become dehydrated. IF you feel funny in your head and possibly nausea, this is first sign. Eat salty chips and have a 7-up, (avoid sodas other times) then begin a great deal on constant water intake. Eat fresh fruit. Wash it well.
When dehydration sets in, the body will not accept the water as well, so some salt and sugar will correct so the body will accept.
This is why if one is in hospital for dehydration one is given a glucose drip.
Have a wonderful time.

Just remembered, another thing we do in hot weather is carry a small spray bottle and spray face arms, etc often and this helps hydrate also. ALWAYS use sealed bottled water.
