Constipation problem ( Dr.neil madhavan )
Dear Sir ,I think i am a patient of IBS. i get constipation very often...there is lot of indigestion
flatulence and acidity is more...whenever i eat anything it leads to acidity...
Sir , i have seen whenever i travell my stomach gets indigestion and motion comes with mucous...
I have to travell around 100-110 kms everyday for work...i go by bike..so my stomach gets heavy and have to
go for motion in office...
Also i have been doing excessive masturbation for the last 15-16 yrs...now i have left this habbit..but have seen that
whenever i exert just little presurre during motion some SEMEN comes out from penis. I m 35 yrs old and unmarried.
like eating sweet things more, momory is not sharp...forgets things easily.
Sir pls advise me any useful remedy
