upset stomach and diarrhea

Hi,

From yesterday due to bad food my stomach is upset and I am having diarrhea. There is severe rumbling in my stomach before I pass motion. All the water I am drinking is passing during motion and its very watery. It started today when I first felt uncomfy and woke up at 3am and been passing motion every 1 hour since. There is foul smell from my mouth when I release the gas trapped in my stomach.

I took Ars Album 30 3 times( 1 hr gap) in the morning and I didnt observe any changes to my condition and Aloe 30 after that 2 doses as of now.. still no changes.

Kindly let me know what medication should be taken. Thanks
