horse question

I noticed in a web search for horse info that ABC came up numerous times. So, I am hoping that this is where I can ask my question. I think my 4yro mare has a capped elbow. It was never soft but always hard and has grown in size to a large marble over the past few months. It has never caused her pain or interferred with her movement but I would like to address it to keep it from being a problem later. Thanks for any help!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Calc Flour 30c once a day for 15 days and see how that affects. If it doesn't help give her silicea 30c once a day for another 15 days and see whether it helps.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water.
