Geographic tongue in infantMy granddaughter was diagnosed with geographic tongue. Although her dentist said that it may not bother her, she often pulls at her tongue and presses the side of her face like it does cause her pain.
Most of what I have read about it suggests some sort of topical pain killer or high doses of vitamin B complex and zinc. This is fine for an adult, but what about a 15 month old baby?
Does anyone have a suggestion of how to help her condition?
