Genetically High Cholesterol

I am a 32 year old female recently diagnosed of having Genetically High Cholesterol. My Mom and 2 older sister also have high cholesterol. I am 5'3 and 110 lbs so I am not overweight by any means. I eat whole grains, fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds and I exercise. It's definitley not caused by my diet. I am not on any medcation for it as the Doctor said, it's high but not high enough for meds (but I'm close). I go back to have it checked again in 6 months.

Anything I can take homeopathic wise for this problem?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your remedy is Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily for a month and reduced to twice daily thereafter. Please follow the instructions to make the Wet dose precisely and remember that Arnica may take over 3 months for it to filter your blood and slowly dissolve the cholesterol in your arteries. You must take a Blood Test for full Lipid Profile before you start this therapy and take another in 3 months to observe progress.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

Report progress monthly.
