Skin allergy - Eczema

Hi

I am 27 years old, male, and is suffering from eczema since year 1994. The patches appear on face and neck only.

First I was taking homeopathic medicine till year 1999 (medicines name not known)and when it did not get cured I moved on to allopathic medicine from end of year 1999 to year 2005 during which period there was a lot improvement and it almost got negligible. On doctors advice that I should discontinue all medicines for some period I stopped it in the beginning of year 2006 and the results were good it slowly disappeared finally in the beginning of year 2007. (As far as I remember the medicines included some betamethasome capsules and antibiotic (carrofit).

But from September 2010 it has again started developing. This time there is one more thing to add that I am having hundreds of pimples (red and brown in colour) on my back also.

Here I would like to add that doctors say that I am allergic to ultraviolet rays and this they say is the main cause of my allergy and rough patches. For this reason I use sunscreen lotions.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The remedy for your Eczema is Arnica 6c in the Wet dose which is made up as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be used but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack which you must order ASAP.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy or 5 pellets into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

Take a capful of the remedy water twice daily and also apply the water on your lesions as often as possible.

You should observe some improvement in your condition on about the third day into this therapy.

Please report your response on the third day.

It is understood that you will not take any other drug while using the Arnica therapy.

Joe:

I have learned a lot from your posts and read your posts very regularly. I have seen your posts for relief of GERD and prescription of Nat Phos 6x and arnica in wet doses, however, this is first time I've seen arnica being used for Eczema.

Could you please put some light on the selection of arnica for eczema. This will help me a lot.

Best Regards,

Thanks for the link. I've gone through your work, its really marvelous, Arnica being used for almost every illness, and such a high rate of success. I must congratulate you for your dedicated work and discovering the Powers of Arnica.

Thank you for your appreciation of my work on Arnica.

It is such a pity that classical homeopaths refuse to accept my therapy on the grounds that it does not conform to their classical standards.

I have always maintained my position that it is not the methodology used in helping the patient that matters as it is the CURE of the ailment that is paramount.

If I can help anyone with my Joepathy and have proved that it has not so far hurt the patient in any way, it is up to these classical types to maintain their peace and not to criticize me as they are doing today on this ABC.

I think to prove your work, you should add success cases to your website and also on the abc.

Also, if you could gather the links of success cases on abc, that would be of great help for the visitors of this site.

Best regards,

This is the reason why I established my own Website a few months ago to make a permanent record of my Joepathy which is now established as an effective form of therapy judging by the fact that it attracts over 1250 hits on Google.

Dear Dr. Joe

Thanks a lot for picking up my case.

I have arranged the medicine and have started taking it as directed.

Will report about the progress after 3 days.

Just needed a small clarification, whether this will help in curing the pimples on my back also.

Regards
Shekhar

Yes it will hopefully do so.

Dear Dr. Joe

Trust you are doing great !!

I was using the medicine as directed from Thursday and observed the following:

1. That the color of some lesions have changed to reddish brown.

2. Whenever I was applying the medicated water on to the lesions, I felt some itching sensation.

3. Lesions have become a little rough than it was earlier.

4. As far as pimples on the back is concerned, I don't see any change in that.

Please advise what to do next. Till further instructions from you I will not be taking medicines.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Best Regards,
Shekhar

You are doing great too.

You will remember that in my first post I predicted:

'You should observe some improvement in your condition on about the third day into this therapy.

Please report your response on the third day. '

Don't worry about the colour and the itching you experienced of the lesions as this is part of the healing process.

Continue with the therapy as prescribed.

Do not stop taking the remedies.

Dear Dr. Joe

Thanks a lot for your quick response.

I will continue with the remedy and get back to you with the update after a few days.

Dear Dr. Joe,

I believe that the treatment must be going in the right direction. The purpose of my asking was to know whether the changes which I have reported are the one which is expected by you in the course of the treatment.

To Cashekhar

I am glad that you provided photographs of your lesions and have to inform you that you do not suffer from Eczema.

I believe that you suffer from Psoriasis which I have not been successful in curing.

You are advised not to use the Arnica as it seems to be making your lesions worse

I regret that I cannot handle your case as Psoriasis is a very difficult ailment to cure as it is an auto-immune disease for which the treatment with medicine is only palliative and not curative.

I had treated a patient some time in the past and he showed signs of improvement of his condition by changing his diet to Vegan which is more strict than Vegetarian.

I checked Wikipedia after I typed the above and here is a copy of the article on

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psoriasis

Psoriasis

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In plaque psoriasis, skin rapidly accumulates at these sites, which gives it a silvery-white appearance. Plaques frequently occur on the skin of the elbows and knees, but can affect any area, including the scalp, palms of hands and soles of feet, and genitals. In contrast to eczema, psoriasis is more likely to be found on the outer side of the joint.Psoriasis (pronounced /səˈraɪ.əsɨs/) is a chronic autoimmune disease that appears on the skin. It occurs when the immune system sends out faulty signals that speed up the growth cycle of skin cells. Psoriasis is not contagious.[1] There are five types of psoriasis: plaque, guttate, inverse, pustular and erythrodermic. The most common form, plaque psoriasis, is commonly seen as red and white hues of scaly patches appearing on the top first layer of the epidermis (skin). Some patients, though, have no dermatological symptoms.

The disorder is a chronic recurring condition that varies in severity from minor localized patches to complete body coverage. Fingernails and toenails are frequently affected (psoriatic nail dystrophy) and can be seen as an isolated symptom. Psoriasis can also cause inflammation of the joints, which is known as psoriatic arthritis. Between 10% and 40% of all people with psoriasis have psoriatic arthritis.[2]

The cause of psoriasis is not fully understood, but it is believed to have a genetic component plus local psoriatic changes can be triggered by an injury to the skin known as the Koebner phenomenon,[3] see Koebnerisin. Various environmental factors have been suggested as aggravating to psoriasis, including stress, withdrawal of systemic corticosteroid, as well as other environmental factors, but few have shown statistical significance.[4] There are many treatments available, but because of its chronic recurrent nature, psoriasis is a challenge to treat.

Dear Dr. Joe

I greatly appreciate your frankness in accepting that my allergy does not have a cure unlike other doctors who never told me that I suffer from Psoriasis and that there is no cure for this.

I would like to have a opinion from you as to whether I should go with homeopathy or alloapthy treatment as in the past it was alloapthy which helped me get rid of the rashes as I mentioned in my first post.

Thank you for your help so far.

Regards,
Shekhar
