piched nerves
I have recently experincing sysmptoms of pinced nerve. It appears in the hips and on getting up send what feels like electric shoke down both thighs and to calf. It is hapens sometimes while walking. I am normally considerd sulphur type. I have searched for remedy nad have come across none. Like to know if anyone has found any remedy usfull for cases like such. Thankshomeodoc on 2005-05-09

Sopunds to me as is the root of the problem is poss in the spine.
You could be talking about inflammation of the sciatic nerve.
Have serious doubts about
" pinched nerves" not many spots in the body where it is possible to actually "pinch" a nerve.
Although a slpped disc can have that effect.
However it is possible that inflammation in some other part of the body will displace to a nerve sheath /
This has the effect of swelling the mylin sheath of the nerve.
No problem when the outer shaeth expands , because there is normally ample room.
However when the nerve sheath expands INWARDS then we geta pinched nerve -- the cause is inflammation.
