urgent remedy for loose motion

I am suffering from loose stool since two days. stool is very watery with no solid pieces with very bad odour and comes as if coming from a nozzle.No apetite, nausea, bitter erctation etc.

Kindly advise some remedy.
At present i am having Nux 200.Shall i try it?
