Good Day:
First I am concerned about the ill-effects of the different remedies being taken by you. Once it is clear, I would take up the case again and would prescribe you remedy on your symtoms at that moment.
At the moment, if you are feeling too much uncomfortable and bloated, you can continue with Nat m 6x (4 tablets) whenever required.
If you have nat phos 6x handy, it would be good to have it.

In addition to above, please take Ispaghula Husk, daily first thing in the morning.
Take one tablespoon of Ispaghula Husk, mix it in one glass of water and drink it followed by a plain glass of water.
Increase water in-take during the day, for instance 6-8 glass of water.
Consider for full abdomen ultra-sound and post results.

Am I right in thinking that because I've taken so much lycopodium and a lot of different remedies that I've made my problem worse?

It occurs to me that the physician is in much the same position as a gardener, who, for instance, wants to grow apples; but then it is crab apples that she grows unaidedly, not edible apples. No gardener can grow apples or crabs of himself, that has to be done by nature herself organically. But although no gardener can either grow crabs or apples of himself, yet, guided by human wit and experience, the gardener can compel nature to grow apples of the finest sorts and varieties; he need not ask natures permission at all, he merely arranges natures forces so that she produces the apples required.
This, I take it, is the true position of the physician. It is only nature that can heal anything really, and yet nature cannot heal many things at all till the physician-gardener arranges her forces, so as to compel nature to grow apples in lieu of crabs; the physicians position is like an apple growers further, in that nature requires time to grow apples; so also is it with natures healing ways, nature requires time; and any attempt to cure in less time than she needs for her organic processes results in failure- absolute failure.

Lovely explanation and yes I think I do understand what he's saying.
With the right help and the right instructions I should get the better kind of apple rather than the bad one.
I'm interested now to see what happens next.

Today I have a bad headache still feel bloated but apart from that not too bad.
Didn't sleep well but I feel full of energy which is weird.
Do you think I have candida in my body - for some strange reason although I had a stool test and it said I did - I never thought I had!

I can't deny the test... however, I would prescribe on your symptoms, and by the Grace of Allah, if there is candida even, it would be cured.

What will these two remedies do for me - will they help with the bloating, constipation and face bloating and hopefully reduce my weight which although I eat very little and exercise the weight doesn't drop - another reason I wondered about as they say candida can do this stop weight loss.

I don't say that candida is a bad choice or a good choice. Without taking complete symptoms and case history I won't be able to tell anything clearly at this time.
Once the ill-effects of previously taken remedies are removed and case is taken once again, then would be able to suggest a remedy that suits your symptoms.

Ordered today should get them Mon or /Tuesday with it being the weekend.

So are the two remedies I've ordered to help my problems or to get rid of the bad bits from lyco and other remedies.
When I've taken those then do we proceed to find a remedy that will cure the bloating and food sensitivity issues or will these two remedies be the answer to my problems.

Had a bit of a rough ride the last week or so - at the moment I'm going to have a bit of a break from taking a remedy and let the bad effects settle.
When I am ready to take the remedies - will I have to take them on a daily basis or a watch and wait basis. I'll let you know when I'm ready and I feel a bit more like aggravations have gone.

Homeopathic medicine should not be taken on daily basis especially high potencies. The best way is to take a well indicated remedy according to the symptoms and then wait at least 1 week or more before repeating. Normally the syptoms changes during this period and may require the change of remedy instead of repeating the same again and again.

Don't understand 'that's nice'? Are you saying that it's good I'm not taking anything at the moment and I'm 'resting' from remedies.

I notice that you had prescribed 30c remedies - I normally in the past have taken either 6c or 1 LM. Is a 30c remedy gentler on the system than a 6c and do you take 30c on a daily basis also - or is it one dose and wait and see. I always felt nervous about going up in potency level - so would 200 be very strong. Just been reading where one person has had constipation practically sorted after one dose of 200 c - so it must be powerful to do that. Does a 30c potency last for a long time also and could it be one 30c dose and you may never need any more? Always curious and always wanting to learn.
