Alopecia Areata! Plzz plzzz plzzz help!
Last yr in march, I noticed 2 dime-sized bald spots at the back of my head. My doctor diagnosed it as alopecia areata caused due to stress, which might be true as I was a little emotionally stressed and also had an awful sleeping pattern due to my exams (used to sleep for only 3-4 hours every night). He treated me with multivitamins, steroids (oral) and flucort lotion 0.01%, thrice a day. After a month, I could see new hair growth and both the patches were almost covered but a few grey hair were grown. The treatment went on for 3 months after this I myself discontinued it, as the steroid was giving me side effects such as bloatedness and swelling on my face.
A week ago, I noticed that I have 3 new dime-sized patches, all at the back of my head, different areas. They could be stress related since my exams are again around the corner.
I'm only using the lotion twice a day but I'm skeptical to go to my doctor since he'll again recommend steroids and i don't want to torture my body by taking those. Plus I'm getting married in Nov and don't want to look so swollen and bloated but need urgent help. Also, apart before this problem, I used to have beautiful, straight and silky hair. Now i'm facing hairloss and my hair, lacks lustre and shine. Plzz plzzz plzzzz help!
Some of my details are:

Height: 5'3
Weight:54 kgs
Allergy: allergic to dust and pollution
Drinking/Smoking: no
