how to give homeopathy pills to patient in coma

My grand father is in coma, he barely open eyes and move one hand due heavy brain stroke. I was precribed Arnica 200 c , 2 pl x 2, mysticia 30 c , 4 pl x 3 , and arsenicum iodatum 200c x 3 pl x 2 a day. He also has constant bleeding from prostate (conected on tube) and anemia due this (RBC 2,9). we put this pills under his tongue, is this ok.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It would probably be easier to dissolve the pillules in water, stir thoroughly, and then place a few drops in his mouth.

Were you prescribed these remedies by a homoeopath? How old is your grandfather?

thank you for your reply

he is 83 years

he cannot swallow...how shoul this be given in watter, what is exact procedure, what do you think about these homeopathic medications that he is taking. Arsenicum iodium was prescribed by local hom. here in macedonia, and other two by Mr. Deoshlok Sharma. Local hom. told me to not stopping with arenicum iodium besides thee other two, because they can not do any harm.

I think in this situation the harm is minimal certainly.

The prognosis in such a case is very very poor, considering his advanced age and the severity of the condition.

What is your hope in using the homoeopathy?

Oh as for exactly how to give the medicines...

Dissolve the pillules in water - if you want to give all the remedies prescribed then 1 pillule of each.

Stir very thoroughly.

Simply rub some of the water on to the inside of his lips. He does not need to swallow it.

Considering the general state, my suggestion for a remedy would probably be either Opium or Carbo-veg. However I would not add even more remedies in to the mix, see how those others work first.

we are fully aware of seriousness of situation, and low level of hope, but we are at least trying to do something which, as you said possble harm is minimal . He does shows some signs of recognition of surondings, even shows pain on his face (due prostate problems), sometime saying something (with difficulties), but general conditin is bad. Are you sayig that we can mix one pill of each remedy in watter (how much).

....and I forgot, or hope is that he will stay alive ....

The amount probably doesn't matter - enough to dissolve them.

I don't prescribe more than one remedy at once typically, so I would probably suggest dissolving each remedy into its own amount of water and giving them one after the other.

so far we gave him under tongue as I said, with 1h gap at least between each...is that neccesery?

thank you for your advices

I don't have enough experience with prescribing more than one remedy to know if the gap between them makes much difference. My traditional training would say that the last prescription will 'overwrite' the previous one so the gap won't matter too much.

It might be appropriate to ask the advice of the practitioners who prescribed it as to what their experience tells them is the best way to dose. I only ever give one remedy at a time so I don't usually have to worry about the timing of different remedies.

As per my local practitioner, those 3 does not antidote each other so I can give them together.

We were giving just ars. iod at the beggining , but now we included the other two, because each is for different condition.
