Staphloccal Vaginal Infection

My 3 yr old had a swab done and it's come back as a staph infection due to improper wiping. She had been complaining her bits hurt and they were red and sore.
She was given flucloxacillin for a week, so far 6 days in she's still complaining and has had a few fevers in the meantime. I'm worried it's not going away.

Is there anything homeopathically she can have?

I don't have access to a homeopathy shop but have the 36 remedy kit (30c), and also the childbirth kit (mainly 200c).

Any ideas what we can do?

Thank you x
