lower back pian with piles

hello doctors,

kindly help me in getting rid of my lower back pain.
here is my case...


i am a software engineer. due to prolonged sitting and
lack of physical exercise i got lower back problem. i have pain for 6 years now.


HERE IS MY CASE::

FIRST YEAR:
for the first time when i got the pain i did forward stretching and screwed it more because of lack of awareness. if i sit with out a lumbar support i use to get back pain. i used lumbar support when ever i sat. it took almost 6 months for me to become normal.


NEXT 3 YEARS:
i use to get pain once in a while if i drive long hours or jog or work for long hours or go for long walk or stand for long time or go for roller skating etc. if lie down for 2 or 3 days 23 hours a day it use to get normal. pain accompanied with weekness. i got MRI done and doctor said there is nothing crazy and suggested some exercises which i neglected. but i use to play cricket ans swimming.
i observed herniated disks between L4/L5. i nthis period i got pilesonce in a while and i used NUX VOMIKA 200 for 3 or 4 days and it cured the problem.


RECENT TWO YEARS:
two years back i did lot of physical activities in a week and got pain. i took few days of rest and it appeared to be ok but when i tried to play tennis i got severe pain that at one point i had to take wall support to walk. since then it is never OK. i always have some pain/stifness/weekness. also i am in a very cold climate for these 2 years.

i get pain if i sit/stand/swim for long time/do yoga/ just lie down on belly with my head held up with hands. i cant sleep soundly also get lot of dreams. i cant stop thinking so i watch TV a lot. also i was in love which ended badly 6 months back. i lost interest in work and started drinking alcohol and eat unhealthily. interesting part is if i sit leaning back on a chair with out lumbar support it didnt hurt as it use to in the begining.

also i these two years piles has become a recurrent problem. if i dont eat atleast one banana every day then i get piles in two weeks. also i get piles if i drink alcohol more than twice in a week. i take NUX VOM 1M twice a day untill it is cured and stop atfer the piles pain is gone.

now i moved back to my country which is a hotter a place and the long flight journey screwed my back more.
i got MRI and X-ray done and it showed hermiated and bulged disk between L4/L5.
hermiation in L5/S1. segment L5 seems to have transgressed forward a bit which i think causing pain if i swim or do snake pose in yoga for long time.

i started doing yoga recently.in one of the poses i lied on my back and pulled my knees to my chest. i am doing that for 3 months and i felt like i am stretching L5/S1 which i am assuming is also the problem.some times it pops when i do that stretch. recently one day i got IFT to my lower back and i did that same yoga pose( knees to chest) and i couldnt get up again becasue of severe pain and weekness. it took few days to become normal. i am assuming i screwed L4/L5 bulge more or i tore some tendons. since then when ever i stretch that particular L4/L5 or L5/S1 region somehow during regulsr sctivities i get that pain. it is not like unbearable pain but more like a pain with weekness. if i just lie down it doesnt hurt. i was better before doing yoga.

Allopathy doctor gave strong dose of pain killers which gave me severe piles. i used NUX VOM 1M twice a day for 4 days which cured 80% problem. then i used ASCULUS HIPP 1M twice in one day and 200 for two days. both days i couldnt sleep well.
i used ASCULUS HIPP because it has both symptoms of pile and back pain. still i have 10% piles left. they are bling piles with bleeding and the pain lasts for hours after stool. i want to use NUX again because it works well.


i hope i gave all the details. please correct me if my assumptions or what ever i did is wrong. kindly help me get back to my normal life. my only hope is homeopathy now besides surgery. can homeopathy revitlize the herniated disk?? BTW i tried chiropractor also which didnt work.

day 1 and day 2

Please take three doses of Sulphur 200

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

day 3 to day 15
Please take one dose of Calc Fluorica 30 in the evening

Please report after 15 days. Please do the breathing exercises regularly and do only that much yogic postures as you can do comfortably.

thanks a lot.

after i posted bove post i continued asculus hipp for 3 more days and started using calcarea flour. now the pilesis completely gone.

as i said in above previous post i got severe disabling pain after doiing yoga.
i took rest and it was gone temporarily.

most of the days i just do nothing after that incident.
later one day i just sat down and so bent L4/L5 or L5/S1 again while doing some work. then i could not even put my pants on. so again took bed rest for 2 days.

later after few days i went for shopping ( first time in months). i travelled in bus and auto-rickshawand walked for 3 hours or so. again i got pain. i tried to decompress by hanging from a support.
i got so much pain that i was unable to stand stright. body was leaning to left side. next day i was leaning forward. again bed ridden for 4 days.

i took arnica 1M and Rhus Tox 1M alternatively for 2 days. one dose per day per medicine. i felt little better but still the wound/pain in the back and hip is there.

now i am taking 21 day bed rest 23 hours a day. i am taking arnica 200( for blood supply) one dose, RT 30 two doses( for tissue remedy) , calcarea flour 6x four doses ( for piles), mag phos 30X four doses(for spine nucleaus health) daily. i took 3 doses of Ruta 200(for back pain) and stopped because i think it stays in body for 30 days.

my father is not a doctor but has been reading and using homeo for 20 years. i just started reading homeo. so these medicines are home prescribed.

Its been 4 days and i feel better. but still i can feel the sourness and little inflammation in right hip. i did some research and i assume it is sacroiliac joint which is damaged.

kindly advice if i am doing anything wrong. i will keep updating the post.

i dont have tingling or numbness down the legs.

Please take three doses of Phosphorus 200 as follows and report back after 7 days (only 3 doses in 7 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

Please stop all other remedies.
