Extreme sexual desire without erection

I am a 27 years old boy, i always have an excessive sexual desire, sometimes i do masturbate. previously i didnt have erection problem. but i often used to see pornographics etc....as i approached 23-24 yrs, i had a fear of erection during sexual intercourse. my erection started to becum weaker than earlier. i never had sex before. once when i tried to have sex with my GF, i got no erection at all. arousal didnt work. even mentally i had extreme sexual desire at that time. i get erections when i am half asleep, but when i wake up it goes off. i smoke 6-7 sticks. plz help me. i have an athletic body, i go to gym 4 times a week. thanking u.
