Arnica can be used two main ways in traditional homoeopathy.
Firstly, as one of our most important first aid remedies for injuries that arise from blows, contusions, falls, knocks, any kind of impact especially where the soft tissue is badly damaged.
Secondly, Arnica has many unusual and peculiar symptoms that would lead you to use it in any situation at all, regardless of the cause. So it could be used for headaches, depression, food poisoning - anything where the flavor of the problem matched the flavor of Arnica.
