Repeat the dose. No particular oversensitivity it seems so you can repeat it twice in a row. After 3 doses either there will be a reaction or the remedy will need to be abandoned.
When you do the second dose hit the bottle 4 times.
When you do the third dose hit the bottle 6 times.
Also, reduce the amount of water you are using to dilute the remedy by half.

I just wanted to give you an update on my status. I took the second dose and didn't notice anything. I'm going to take the third today and then discard this as a possible solution. I underwent knee surgery yesterday. They did an athroscopy and lateral release. I have only tiny bits of cartilage left on my femur in the center under my knee cap where it was rubbing all these years. The other pockets have complete and healthy cartilage but my bone is bare in the center and under my kneecap so the doctor, says it's bone on bone. I saw it with my own eyes from the pictures taken by the scope. I'm very saddened but hopeful that becuase a little cartilage, even if miniscule is left, I can regrow it, though I recognize many thing that's not possible. I'm cosidering trying the arg met and arnica solution posted on here for osteoarthritis. I'm not what you think about this but I don't want to lose any more time.

Yeah that isn't homoeopathy, but I understand your desperation. Do whatever you feel you need to. If you wish I will continue trying to find a homoeopathic solution for you. Important thing is not to mix different therapies - homoeopathy works best when used alone.

On my case, I wanted to tell you about a symptom I failed to mention previously. One of my hands tends to have poor circulation and sometimes seems a bit numb. Lately it's been my right. It feels very cold as well. Additionally, lately I've been having another rather strange symptom. My right hand feels very odd and uncomfortable. The fingers feel swollen and the joints sore until I move my fingers and then they feel normal. I cannot describe the sensation better than that though because it's quite unusual.
