What kind of food should I avoid to reduce cholesterol
hey friends,I have recently diagnosed with the heart diseases so my doctor has advise me to reduce my
cholesterol level in the body
so please suggest me what kind of food should I avoid to reduce cholesterol(le cholesterol)
