This is to bring your kind notice that she has got itcing and rashes again on the forearm right hand again yesterdy at 2.30PM. She applied wet dose. this itching is still there. Now the time is 5.15 AM and apart from that she has got itiching on the right elbow of her leg. shall I increase the dose or shall I start giving Arnica 30 along with this medicine.

Stop Urtica Urens 6c and replace it with the 30c in the Wet dose and report her response.

sorry to inform you that we were forced to go to to the Homeo doctor again for further treatment as the rashes became severe followed by heavy itching. Even the sulphur did not work and now she is continuing the ars alb 30 regular dose. on 13th she had to take steriod and antihistamine to control the heavy itching. but she stopped the same with one dose.
there is no reply from your end after 13th also.

It may be prudent to treat this case from the centre outwards, rather than from the edge (skin) inwards. Our usual treatment guidelines are to attempt to cure the deeper cause of the symptoms rather than attempting to suppress the surface symptoms. Patients who are given 'skin' remedies rarely get better, unless that remedy also addresses the internal problems causing the skin symptoms.

How long does this doctor take with your wife to gather all the symptoms? A homoeopath should spend about an hour or more with a patient to make sure they prescribe the correct medicine. They should also only be prescribing one medicine at a time, not many of them together.

Because I can see your doctor has been prescribing multiple remedies, it does not appear that he is a properly trained homoeopath. I am happy to attempt to prescribe according to more traditional methods if you wish, understanding the limitations of a forum like this (no face-to-face contact).

Urtica wet dose worked for a day only. She got the rashes with itching and we had to go to the Homeo Doctor again. Even the phos 30 also did not work. she took steroid 4mg and antihistamine on the same night and she could control her itching. From next day onwards she started taking Ars alb 30 and now she has avoided antihistamine. But itching is there to a lesser extent. she is using ice pack and she gets some relief then and there,
