Anxiety, stomach, digestion


I am new to this forum. I am 44 years old male, 5'9', 165 pounds, living in New Jersey, USA.

I have been suffering from poor digestion (& poor health) for over 15 years now. I usually get very anxious after eating food or if I do not feel hungry in a few hours. This results in lack of appetite, flatulence (tightness in stomach), poor digestion, semi-solid stools, improver bowel movement. I also do not have a sound sleep. I have lost over 10-15 pounds weight in last 1 year.

I also have high BP and take 5 mg tablet every morning.

Several years ago, I used to take Arsenic Album (forgot the potency) and it had helped me. However, I stopped taking it after some time.

I am also lactose intolerant.

Since it is a chronic disease, could you please suggest an appropriate remedy and dosage?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Arsenicum Album 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

The medicine caused semi-solid stools in the morning for several days after taking the 3rd dose. However, it subsided later and now I am ok.

Is there anything that I should do?

Please repeat the remedy whenever there is a significant relapse in your symptoms.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Kapalbhati Pranayam and Anulom Vilom Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.
