18 month old with nystagmus

Hi! I am the mom of an adorable 18-month-old baby boy.
I am looking for homeopathic treatment recommendations for his nystagmus(horizontal movement of the eyes (back and forth)) . His symptoms and medical history are as follow:
* He had reflux and was allergic to milk and soy. He stopped spitting up at 12 months-old.
*Warm baths sooth him.
*He loves cold temperatures.
* He has not had any developmental delays. He loves music, to play, and laugh.
* We noticed when he was two-month-old in some pictures that he was crossing his left eyes.
*We noticed the nystagmus (horizontal movement of the eyes (back and forth)) when he was 4-months-old during a follow-up visit to the pediatrician after an ear infection. We had to administered three shots of antibiotics.
* At approx. 5 months he began crossing both eyes. He alternated the crossing. We noticed that he was crossing the eyes when he wanted to focus. The doctors diagnosed nystagnus related strabismus. In other words, he was crossing to stop the nystagmus.
* The doctors recommended eye surgery for the strabismus. We did the surgery last month and he is not crossing the eyes but he still have the nystagmus.
* The nystagmus is noticeable when he is tired.
* I don't have any problems with my eyes and in general I am pretty healthy. My husband's family have a history of diabetes and lazy eye.
I hope that I had provided enough information. My son was born on October in Virginia. We moved to Southwest Florida a few months ago. Please, don't hesitate to ask if you need more information to help my son. Thanks so much for your attention.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Opreation and antibiotics , only 18 months.

Might have been worth trying homeopathy earlier.

Most likely useful remedy is Gelsemium . Try 6x twicw a day for two weeks and wait another two weeks to judge result.

You may get other opinions.
