Dyspepsia/IBS

I'm little bit confused whether I'm suffering from dyspepsia or IBS or cfs. I've seen doctors who told me I'm suffering from dyspepsia. But after visiting some of the websites, now I'm really confused. If anyone has idea about this or sharing the similar symptoms please replay.
My symptomps are as follows:
Belching after meal and more or less it continues all the day. No abdominal pain but feel abdominal fullness after meal. Excess gas sometimes gives pressure on my chest and feels short breath. Bowel movement is usually 1-3 times daily and usually in the morning. My food items are very limited because most of them cause bloating. Stool is soft but not liquid. Feels very sleepy all the day though I sleep a lot of time. And easily get tired. Urine is yellow.

I'm suffering from this condition for three months. Previously I was very active and can eat everything without any problem.

I've taken antacid and PPI. But they seems not working. My doc identified I'm suffering from dyspepsia, but I'm still in hesitation.

What complication can be occur in my future life.
Is there any remedy in homeopathy for me
