acne, flaky skin, procrastination problem: details inside thanks to dr from brisbane

1. What exactly happens?
I have acne and dry, flaky skin in ear and behind ear lobes. Severely demotivated and chronic procrastinator. Problem started about 2-3 years ago. Acne has gotten worse in the last few month along with other symptoms. I also tend to stay up at night and sleep during the day.

2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
Some cysts are itchy.

3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
It has a mind of its own. Smoking degrades the issue.

4. What creates some relief for the problem?
No relief. I have tried ACV, turmeric, drinking a gallon of water.

5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
I think stress is a factor.

6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
NA

7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?
2-3 years ago. I was in college. I used to smoke heavily, not even clean my skin and my skin was flawless. I really dont know what is causing all this.

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.
I used to be good student. Then I lost all interest in education and lost a lot of my ambition. I am a chronic procrastinator now. I cant seem to get anything done. I am feel irritated at times. I fell lethargic even though I work out. I shy away from friends because I feel like a failure.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your disease.
Like I said, it seems like this issue seems connected with me being a failure at life :(

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the disease evolved.
I cant get myself to apply and follow through at getting a job. I feel scared that I will get rejected even though comapnies call me everyday with new jobs. I dont call them back. I prcasrtinate to learn new skills. I rather sleep my days off. I was not like this!

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.
I grew up without a father as he had a separate family. When I was 12, I moved in with him and his wife and kids. I stayed with them till I was 17 and moved to USA for college. My college experience was a roller coaster ride. I was in the top 5% of my class. Then I just slacked off to a point of failing all my classes. I smoked pot and did drugs(dont anymore). I barely managed to graduate. Now looking to start a career but cannot due to demotivation and chronic procrastination.

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
I like spicy foods. Meats like steak are great. I dont like sweets in general. I hate fish smell.

2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
like: water, milk tea, coke dislike: nothing really

3. What your sleep is like
Generally a light sleeper. No sleeping paatern whatsoever. Sometimes I sleep for 5 hours and sometime for 15.

4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
I like mild weather. Rather have summer than winter.

5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to, especially things you notice you are more sensitive to than others.
Loud noises. I dont like to watch stuff in high volume. I do like night clubs though. I hate gore in movies(saw, turistas).

6. What your general level of energy is like and when is it better or worse, and what activities strongly affect it.
Generally low. When I drink alcohol I get super hyper and my energy level is through the roof. When I workout its high.

7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like
Sexual desire is normal. I do masturbate now because I am staying away from girls. It has its ups and down. In general I would masturbate 3-5 times a week.

8. Describe your menstrual cycle in detail (premenstrual, first day, second day, etc)

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

thanks. i used the layout that you recommended to another poster to answer questions in depth. i know homeopathy is patient specific. i am very grateful to any help that is offered. what are your thoughts on the recommendation from dr kadwa?

I haven't analyzed your case yet, so I can't really offer a comment. If you wish to take Kadwa's advice I do not wish to interfere.
