Chronic Fatigue Case


Not the man I used to be.
31 years old.
Lethargy. Sore head. Bit down but will get over it, but I don’t.
Feels like I have done a marathon.
Can’t be bothered.
Burning numbness in legs, hips, lower back.
Should be able to relax and bring it back, but it doesn’t.
Vitamin shots – some success. Every 3 weeks – slip, fall off, need more shots.
Can’t go full at it – must monitor what I am doing.
Always fall back to the same point.
Sore eyes. Diarrhoea. Headaches. Moody. Don’t have the energy.
Heart rate sky rockets – pounds more, from slight exertion.
Before – did triathlons, now I am just an average Joe.

Foggy, hard to concentrate, just go through the motions, nothing there, can’t be bothered.
Feel I am being a slacker. Not enough for me to be feeling like I am.
Headache like a cap is fitting too tight – back of head.
Try to do as little as possible – do little jobs.
Things take longer.

Normal speed – going fast forward.
Not seeing things like I used to, like starting the job again. Slow.
Sore eyes, like grit under them, like I have rubbed them too much.
Loose stool 3 times/day – like a cow pad. Smellier.

Exercise feels good. Draining.
Sunk really badly.
(good to see him at his worst)
Pain around kidneys (old).
Death warmed up.
Simple things ruin me. Very fatigued. Just want to lie down.
Like I have done a big session of exercise, but without any benefit.
Got nothing left.
Heart rate hammering – couldn’t get it to go down. Couldn’t catch breath.

I am not interested in the cure, I want to know what the hell is going on.

Feel I need to calm myself down.

P*ssed off at being sick. Not good at it.
Threatened God to make me sick. God can try and strike me down but I am not going to get sick. Give us your best shot. Never had anything wrong with me.
Father – heavily into fitness, doesn’t like getting sick.

Dead set mad. P*ssed off.
Could do a bit more, then fall over.
I am not my brother I couldn’t handle it as well as he has.

(How did it start)

Single. Training for triathlon.
Flu-like symptoms. Sore joints.
Had a stalker for an ex-girlfriend. Invading my space.
Get on with it. Felt sorry for her. Planned her life with me and I didn’t want to go along with it. Tried to ignore her.
Met another girl. Leading me a merry dance.
Lot of stress.


I was a machine. Lots of exercise. Good self image. I was the Man.
Talk it up – believed it.

Machine – unstoppable, increasing weights.
Top shelf.

Emotionally on track. Physically…..
Want to put up a good fight – to be a winner

Being beaten up made me stronger.
Cool smart kids – popular and intelligent.
Only boy in the class – got special attention.
Anything out of the ordinary is afraid of
Like to stand out from the crowd

Golf – Can’t beat it
Individual sports vs Team sports
Give 100%
Triathalons – high, awesome,

Dreams – me as a hero – Mal Maninger, Neo from the Matrix
Fighting bad guys, searching for something, trying to save somebody

Don’t like being dirty – shower twice a day

Prescription = Ignis alcoholus 12c (Fire, or Burned alcohol), one dose each day for 7 days, 3 sucussions between each dose.

Follow-up (4 weeks later):


Has been amazing, I have never felt better
First week nothing much happened. Then I got the flu (again), felt like crap.
But after that....I don't know I fel like something drained away, like it got burned out of me. Every day just got easier and easier. My energy rose up, I felt healthier in my guts, my enthusiasm came back. My mind cleared, I was able to work and read and do everything I should have been able to do.

It has been really cleansing that medicine you gave me. Do you think it will cure my brother's chronic fatigue? (It didn't and in fact I was unable to help his brother, he expressed some resentment at the ease with which his brother was cured).
