How Much Thuja for an 18 Pound Pug?

My pug pup just turned a year. A couple of months ago, she started getting a cauliflower like wart on her lip. The vet said it would cost $800 or $900 to remove, so I started doing some research. I found that having it removed is not a good option because it's likely to come back. I read that it would go away. But another month has gone by, and it's still there . . . and much bigger.

I no longer trust my vet.

The other day, I learned of Thuja, as an option. My husband just bought Herb Pharm's Thuja Extract. The trouble is that I don't know how much to give her or how often. And I just realized that extract means alcohol, which I'm assuming is a bad idea.

A month ago, when we were at the vet, she was 18 pounds. She was 17 pounds the month before that, so she could be 19 pounds now. But I don't think she's gotten any bigger. BTW, she's not overweight. She's really tall and lanky for a pug.

Thanks for any help!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am not sure that there are any herbalists on the board here. I wonder if perhaps a Herbal forum might get you some better answers.
