iron deficiency anemia,low blood pressure,hb gets lower after each menstrual peroid.

age- 29 yrs
sex- female
unmarried

my haemoglobin is 11.
dizziness, fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, paleness of skin,loss of appetite,
bp is 108/72

plz suggest medicine for anemia.

i also have nasal polyps.i m taking teucrium merum verum for the last one month.

try ferrum met 3x 1 tab thrice in aday..

how many drops should i take ervyday n how many times?

i had heavy menses one month back n after that my HB got lower.
this months also it was little more than usual.
