Recuring yeast infections for many years
I've had this problem for many years. I had to stop taking contraception because it was causing candida. Of course, I don't wear thongs, tights jeans, no tampons, no sweets, I use special soaps. I took many drugs to clear the problem, many creams applied. It was OK for some time but now, since October 2010 I've had candida every single month. It clears up for a few weeks but then after a period comes back.I don't have so much of a dischage but the itching is unbearable. My sexual life is non-existent because every time I have sex with my husband candida comes back. Last time I had the tests done, they didn't confirm any yeast but streptoccocus was present. I've been under a lot of pressure/stress for the last 18 months and the blood tests confirmed my low immunity-I've taken some prescribed tablets to boost my immnunity since December 2010.londres34 on 2011-05-30
