Red size boil and swelling

I had this occurance of red boil on the centre top of my nose (clearly visible in pic) towards right side. and it seems to spread till the nose tip towards downside.
Currently the nose is completely red, dry and itchy. Itchiness occurs suddenly and it tingles for few seconds and goes off. When I come out of the room and face air the nose becomes bright red.
I suspect the boil is still out there. It irritates me with this red nose and people clearly noticing it....need an expert advise.
As per one of the doctors suggestion here, I am using sulphur 30c (just started today) 3 doses for only 1 day. Does this help alone? or need something more.
My nose is swollen red and very dry and scaly. I also have few large pores on the nose.
Kindly suggest.

I believe that you suffer from a condition called Rosacea. Your condition is not common and the few patients whom I have treated confirmed that they were helped, although it took some time to do so.
The remedy I prescribed is Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily and also applied directly on the face and your nose as often as is possible.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Alcohol pack aka Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle or 5 Pellets and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.
