Pterygium rememdy?

I have a pterygium in both eyes, though it's more pronounced in my right eye. They don't cause any disturbances in my vision, but I would like to get rid of them before they do if possible.
-I am a fairly calm person, I trust God to care for me, so -I rarely get upset about my circumstances.
-I have food allergies-gluten, papaya, mango, green olives. I've used homeopathic combinations for colds and flu in the past. -Ocassionally my eyes are sensitive to wind, even the slightest amount, especially after I've not had enough sleep.
I've read that zinc met can cure this, but I have no idea what potency to get, how to take, etc.
