urgent help a small vesicle under tounge
HI my five year old son got a vesicle under tongue, its white and little purplish. towards the tip of tongue(lower side). Doctor told me it might be nothing or monocle or blood vessels congested. need to go under more tests , i am really worried, if any one understand what it could be or any treatment available plz help. many thanks.[message edited by pinkyM on Sun, 12 Jun 2011 02:19:59 BST]

Yes I know, what symptoms do you need?

Hid doctor wanted to puncture it but than she did not do it. please help with some homeopathy medicine, that can help us to get rid of it, beside i don't see any thing.

Is he sick in any other way. We need more symptoms to make a prescription.
How is his energy, his appetite, his mood, his sleep etc.
What other changes to his health have occurred?
If no changes what are his normal chronic problems?
If this is not an acute problem but simply part of his ongoing chronic disease (we all have one) then we need to get a full picture of his health drawn for us.
You can look at things like:
Perspiration
Body temperature
Skin colour
Dreams
Fears
Food cravings or aversions
Unrelated symptoms in other parts of the body
History of illnesses up to this point
Birth problems
Pregnancy problems

yes, let me explain, his appetite is normal, he likes more icecreams and burgers, but we cook at home, he gets what others eat, like chicken rice bread, fruits. his enerhy is bit low, usually he was up by 6, he likes to sleep more, he some time need extra time to finish his home work, b/c he is tired, he is very kind, does not like horror movies or cartoons, wants to see happy endings.
i have two sons both c= section births. he never had big problems but his cough changes to ashtama always , but as he starts with cough, we use steamer while he is sleep, with simple water, that helps and he does not reach to astham any more.
he looks weak to me...hahah but that is to me. rest he is doing fine just very busy, karat twice a week and basketball, once a week, homeworks, readings, is all we have,'during his pregenency i have not used any medications, nothing at all, very regular, but c section. i hope i have explained, is there any thing else, let me know but plz urgent.......

Why does he need extra time for his homework? What happens while he is doing it?
What is his reaction to horror movies or cartoons?
Describe more on being kind?
Describe the cough more (sound, production, makes it worse, makes it better, when it happens)
Describe the Asthma the same way.
How does he appear weak?
No dreams?

He will starts playing during his work, his teacher said he is easily distracted.
He does not like 'lion king', because lion was killed in this movie, but my youngest son loved it, he does not like seeing lion dead, so i called him 'kind'.
Cough starts as dry but in few hours, its productive, changing to asthma, if we don't do urgent steam, after every four hours stuff, he wheeze, give sound, it has never happened since last two year but as baby he had wheeze, sound during breathing.
Thin, he appears thin to me, as child he always have more wait but very skinny now. but others says he is OK, for me, it seems he is week to play with other guys in class, he does not take things(snatch) or shout like other guys do during basket ball, but he is just five but he plays in a group where they have different age groups, so may be just my feelings.
During games and school he feels happy if I stay there, i feel he is scared to be with out me, but he never said any thing like this, he keep watching at me during the game and wants me to stay in window as long he is in gym, nothing much, but i never had his attitude complains from school, his teacher said he is kind. but does not play with lots of class mates, there is only one boy and girl he seems playing most of time. I want him to take ball and ask for it like other kids but he is quite usually.. but that all is 'motherly' things, i think.
i don't know about his dreams, I asked him what did you dream last night he said, it was good. he gets very excited when we have visitors, he wants to talk, like me...heheh, and tell them all stories he wants, usually he talks to people in supermarket at counter....... but that is very much like me, i am never scared of people, so is my son. that is all, any thing else, plz let me know.

Still not a lot of information to go on.
Perhaps a dose of Phosphorous might be helpful. One dose of 200c only.
The dose must be made as per my normal instructions (bottle, dropper, pillules diluted into bottle, 2 firm hits,1 drop into 1/4 cup, stirred, 1 teaspoon into his mouth)

may be its hard to explain for another person, though my son. One thing i wanted to add before go to store to get medicine, usually I feel he has horse voice, but my husband says b/c he is talking loud and shouting during playing. but his voice i think is hoarse , even with oily foods, like chicken nuggets fried in oil effects on his voice. he is clearing his throat again and again while we are driving back home from school these days.
if i should still go with phosphorus is it two pillules and diluted 1:5 alcohol water.

Sorry for long absence, I had to wait before he take first dose of phosphors, he has exam for his kindergarten graduation. we had worked whole year for last few weeks, but all went fine. today he had first dose as you have prescribed, the water vesicle is as it was, looks little bigger though, what should we expect?

It is hard to know exactly - aggravation usually follows within the first few days of taking a remedy. Then improvement comes after that. The aggravation often happens in the bahviour of children, although they can get things like fevers as well.

Ok, if he has fever I should go for Tylenol, Advil, or you wanna suggest some thing, its eight hours he took dose, I pray no fever b/c i will get stressed. you know how panic and depress your patient get??

Fever is healthy, and a good sign. It should not be suppressed with any medication. Suppression of fever actually causes some harm to children, because fever is a healing action of the body.

today after 16 hours of medication, i don't see any thing but lethargic and sleepy signs.
he was sleeping much longer in the morning than usual, he was up around 10;30.am . my husband and myself kept waiting for him and were checking for fever, but luckily he did not develop any thing yet. he is so tired even did not want to do his game, which usually he loves. i will keep posting.

Do you think that vesicle will shrink, disappear?
yes , its early to collect signs, but i will keep posting , he was really running slow in game, but he did make three scores...very happy.
