Yes, I can see lot of improvement, it was size of big candy when we started, its decreasing, slowly, but from that point of tongue drainage is not easy. it have taken time but its reducing in size.

With medicines its get whitish, liquid seems whitish creamy, very thick, its semi hard like, if we press tongue from upper side , feel like semi hard structure, but not soft either, it does not get pressed, thick compressed.
He is not eating like use too , usually bringing lunch back, but likes salty things, he sleeps more than my younger son, and complaining about being tired.
But once he is back from school I am taking very good care of him and make sure he eat food bit worried about weight. But All seems fine with him, according to my friends.
