Fearful and tearful

Hi I am 24yr old female,

Recently I have been experiencing an intense fear of loss of loved ones. I am always fearful and fretting that something will happen to my partner, that he might have an acccident, get sick and die and I am constantly getting upset about these possibilities and worrying about the future.
I hold onto him very tight sometimes and just cry because I am scared of losing him.
I have had lost relationships in the past, been very heart broken at least 3 times before and am scared of it happening again.
I have alot of anxiety and crying over this. Not all the time but mainly when I am overtired or hungry this happens.
I feel worn out and emotionally exhausted. I feel i spend too much time worrying about what could happen rather than enjoying what I have.
I get very upset and angry at the smallest things my partner says.
It took me along time to open my heart to him and now that I have so much emotion is bursting out at once, mostly driven by fear and vulnerability.

I also have dreams of tsunami's, tidal waves, strong currents in the ocean that drag me under or pull me out to sea. Often i am trying to save someone or just diving under and swimming through the strong tides.
I have these dreams often and it has developed into a phobia and fear of a tsunami happening. I am planning a trip away with my partner and he is getting frustrated because i refuse to go to any islands or countries that might experience a tsunami. I have a huge fear that something disatrous will happen to us.

I am very jealous and suspicious of any other women and worried i could lose him to someone else even though he is the most loving dedicated partner ever.

I worry that im going a bit crazy because i am an educated naturally clever and smart person with alot of great things in my life and opportunities yet i have all this fear holding me back from being a free happy person.

Is there a remedy that could help??

Thankyou

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Did you ever take Pulsatilla 200C?

What other homoeopathic remedies have you taken in the past?

Oh, No, please don't take. I was just wondering as someone asked you to get it. But, you went ahead and took it with no feedback.

Please hold your horses. I am studying your case.

'What other homoeopathic remedies have you taken in the past?'

Please answer the above Q.

Also, please list all remedies you have at home right now?

Are your monthly cycles regular and on time? Any discharges?

'What other homoeopathic remedies have you taken in the past?'

I have taken Ars alb. for insomnia, ive tried aconite for anxiety, arnica for bruising, gelsemium for a cold, nux vomica for hangover/grumpyness and constipation, lycopodium.
Ive taken these in small doses across the last year-at different times of course, experimenting because i am studying homeopathy as a subject in my degree. To be honest i havent really taken them properly, just chancing it

Also, please list all remedies you have at home right now?

I have a first aid kit i bought from the student clinic at my university containing the above remedies and also
-allium cepa
-Belladonna (actually ive tried this too for a headache i had a long time ago)
-ferrum phos
-Ipecac
-Ledum
-Nat mur
-Phosphorus
-Rhus tox
_Ruta grav

Are your monthly cycles regular and on time? Any discharges?
They are regular and on time but i have been on the pill for at least 1.5 years now. They have always been on time, perhaps a bit late. I dont have discharges anymore but i had a lot of heavy discharge before the pill and have had candida in the past with discharge.
My periods are always very heavy on or off the pill. They used to be black and clotty but pulsatilla seems to have stopped that. still clotty but less and normal red colour now.

ok thanyou, it will take me a few days to get my hands on that remedy, have to book in at uni. will be in touch.

Unfortunately, the remedy Causticum 200C, does not cover the type of fear you have and the dreams of water. It is your decision to take the remedy, but, in my opinion, you will be just wasting your time and create more problems for you.

You must look into Sulphur and Ignatia Ammara as you are a student of homoeopathy.

Good Luck.

Hello nawazkhan,
interesting that you mention ignatia because I have had a feeling that would be the one.

Cvvek, hi thanks for your feedback, you seem very sure of your remedies too
I feel a bit confused now as to what to do but im going to sort it out-out loud here-

Just comparing the remedies, i am similar to ignatia in the following ways...
-being alone (to sort my head out and have space, however i do like sympathy and understanding from others)

-I have that brooding silent and sad grief (when in that state)
-I am completely intolerant of contradictions. Iam a very excitable and sympathetic NS dominated person yet I come across sometimes weak and overtired- from too much nervous expenditure.

-I am very changeable and moody, one negative thought or encounter turns my world upside down
-highly emotional, hysteria
-have had unhappy, dissapointed love in the past
-dreams some horrid dreams over and over
-no one can do things fast enough
-overexcitement of the mind and confusion, hysteria- starts at mentrual cycles then all the time- gives way to them easier and easier
-a feeling of continuos fight or apprehensiveness that something is about to happen
-emptyness in the stomach with mental affections (also get nausea)
-headaches in nervousness >warmth, rest
-jaw pain-masssester, from tension

with Causticum
-worn out, mental tire, anxious forebodings
-oversympathetic
-some right sided nerve complaints(i have feeling of heavyness or very slight droopyness of right eye area and face- not noticeable to see but i no its there)
-ear fullness and aches throughout years, when ive got a cold or get cold
-least thing makes cry
-child does not want to go to bed alone (every night until i was5-6, i would stand by my parents bed, wait for them to wake up n let me in to sleep with them)
-A/f long lasting grief, sudden emotion

ive just read a couple more stand out 'oh this is so me' things about ignatia

-Irresolution, anxious to do now this, now that.
-Strong disposition to be frightened.
-Morose and discontented humor, and involuntary reflections on painful and disagreeable things.
-Alternation of foolish gaiety and tearful sadness
-changing from laughter to sadness. sometimes when i watch or hear things that are funny- randomly iwill become tearful in a saddish way
-poor long term memory
They will have short flare up anger, mostly due to emotional frustration, frustrated love for instance.
The sensitivity to suffer from romantic, emotional love disappointments.
-she becomes the emotion

on a side note- ive always wondered whether the fact my mother shockingly and tragically lost her father to suicide when she was pregnant with me would perhaps have influenced this fear and random grief, sadness in me. i know at the time she suppressed alot of it so she wouldnt lose me....

Michelle, do you not have access to practitioners where you study, someone you could see face to face who is qualified to practice? Is there a reason you are here rather than seeking help there?

What methods of homoeopathy are you studying, and how would you like to be treated? As a student you can make more of an informed choice than many of the people who normally come here. The way you have presented your case implies that you understand the use of Dreams and Delusions in case-taking, and the weighting of mentals. You also seem to be aware of the idea of disease roots being created while in utero. This all suggests to me you are familiar with many of the more advanced case-taking and prescribing methods.

Have you also studied the use of Sensation by Rajan Sankaran? Sensation is a useful method for getting under the intellectual presentation of a case that happens when someone knows too much about homoeopathy.

I have taught homoeopathy for many years, and I treated a great many students in that time. Their knowledge of materia medica was always a disadvantage to presenting their own cases. You will need someone skilled enough to get past that particular barrier. Or you will need to learn to NOT think in terms of remedies, but ONLY in terms of the problems you have without filtering them through your own materia medica knowledge.

You said “I have had lost relationships in the past, been very heart broken at least 3 times before and am scared of it happening again”
If these relationships (at least one) are both emotional and sexual….try those 2 medications as per what I said. This will settle down your “emotionally exhausted” condition.
If not ……….consult other doctors prescriptions.
Do not replay for this mail. Just judge your self.

Good luck
