lump in right labia majora

i m 27 yrs old, and having lump in my right labia majora from 3 months near to vaginal opening. having no pain at all, i m tall and slim, i found this lump when i was suffering from typhoid. now i m recovered from typhoid but now having lump.
another problem was with me in past. after my menarche i was having small lumps in my axilla at that time was relieved by cal fl 3x
should i take silicea 1m and calc flour 6x ? if not then please suggest me any medicine and dose please.
i dont want to be operated because it will take my this problem to my inner level or may be repeat this problem again n again.
so pls help me

Have you worked out your remedy on the basis of totality of your symptoms...including..
mentals
physicals
thermal modalities
time modalities
food preference
sleep pattern
menstruation pattern etc.
 
kadwa last decade
my menses were late about 2 months, then i was having constipation before and during menstruation
i repertorize and then silicea was found i took 1m potence coz m having lump also, so that i cant get suppurated, and disolve by its own.

now my menses is regular this time and was not constipated, but the lump problem is remaining

i m having feeling of unsecure and want to be supported mentaly
having no other physical symptom

i cannot tolerate winter or cold season

i like southy food

and i have described my constitution above



if u can totalize all these symptoms then pls..........

or if my potency or dose is problematic then also guide me...
