I am new at taking homeopathic remedies (obviously!) and I just took my first one and I was wondering can you eat regular chocolate since it has caffeine>
Does that make sense?

After 40 years I find that the major thing to avoid is minty things and camphor and mentholatum. Other things may be troublesome as in caffeine. I have had clients sneak the remedy in their stubborn husband's coffee. (their idea) I even had a friend that thought her smoking would interfere, she is now a cheerleader for homeopathy.

Gather information you wish to know in a concise manner. There are many lists of what to avoid. Usually brush your teeth 10 or 15 min after a morning remedy, or take the remedy an hour later.

Homeopathy goes from the saliva glands to the brain, so this is why so many things land on a "don't" list. Use common sense and give time between foods and remedies.
