Ginger, ginger snap cookies.
I have been reading that ginger is very good and has an ingredient that may help with stomach illnesses and other diseases.I really like ginger snap cookies. I am curious why we do not hear a lot about this?

Ginger is recognized to have some properties to soothe many problems associated with digestion.
