Help with "Sensation"

So there should be one sensation that is present in every problem or issue of yours if I understood it correct.. But I seem to have 2?

My body dysmorphia is clearly a sensation of constriction/suffocation. Of not feeling enough and fear loosing what I have, my apparence. If I look in the mirror I get those strong sensations of constriction/suffocation in my chest and throat. I have difficulty looking at myself into the mirror for that reason, its pysichally difficult... and so now I know why I also have such difficulty when people look at me or when I look at them that it's so difficult because of those sensations especially in a face to face conversation.

So this all makes sense, I also have a problem with getting controlled or ordered around at times or tight down and so I want to break free but I lack capability at times.

So but there's a different sensation socially also and that is when I get close to people, when I need to speak or could get spoken too. Sometimes it's the constricting/suffocating sensation and at other times I feel exposed, or vulnerable to attack, as if I am standing defenceless in a very uncomfortable, dangerous situation. I got 0 defenses, very very uncomfortable and just want to avoid. Get away. The feeling is worse than fear.

How do I know which sensation is correct if there are more than 1? Do I take the one that is present everywhere which is constriction/suffocation?

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Oh and what ANIMALS have the sensation of constriction/suffocation?

I am an animal actually I realized.

Or is there a book that covers this?

Thanks

You cannot know your own sensation. Every person is blinded to it. The gestures reveal the truth as do the dreams, repeated words, uncompensated behaviour (as during childhood) amongst other things.

The fact that you are experiencing it, living it, actually makes it impossible for you to see it objectively. Nobody can use sensation method on themselves, not even the most advanced prescribers on the planet. It actually alters your perceptions, so that you cannot see it.

Animals experience multiple sensations, each one related to a specific life process or survival mechanism for the animal. Movement is often the strongest one but this is not a rule - attack, defence, reproduction, digestion, camouflage etc will all have their own specific sensations, and may all be quite different from one another.

Animal cases can appear very complicated and difficult for this reason, until you understand that they are describing a pattern of survival.

Plant cases often have a single sensation running through the case, but because this sensation can appear different because of where it manifests, it can take careful examination of each expression to see this. Each plant group actually may have 50-100 words associated with it to describe the basic sensation.

Minerals can have a variety of sensations relating to the physical or chemical properties of it.

I have taught Sensation method at a tertiary level and in a number of seminars. Students really struggle with it unless they have a very good grounding in traditional materia medica and philosphy. In fact I have taught homoeopaths with 10, 20 years worth of experience with the older methods. They struggle too. It takes alot of practice, a lot of reading, a lot of learning under someone who can show you step by step how it is done.

I have also treated many students who all thought they knew their kingdom, thought they knew their sensation, their group etc etc. They were wrong in each and every case.

You had best stick with rubrics - this kind of prescribing is for very experienced practitioners.

Ok I see.

___________

I hope you will give me a second chance at some point in the future. Not now or not soon, but hopefully at some point. I learned from it. Fear and time pressure made me do what I did, but it was stupid anyway, it would not lead me anywhere, and it was selfish I know. I would not do such thing ever again.
