Frequent tongue bites, Sensitive mind, thyroid etcHi, One of my relatives who is a 37 year old married woman suffers from frequent tongue bites since some days (unintentional) and it occurs 10-12 times a day, she also has a lot of itching in the genital area and frequent urination, suffers a lot of gas in the abdomen and panics easily over anything, has mood changes and is always indecisive. She also has renal stones (which are not causing much trouble), and has a weak memory and very sensitive by mind, she has thyroid since a few years . What could be the ideal treatment for her with the dose. And this is all the information I have at the moment so can you suggest the best remedy for her based on the above?
I went through the materia medica and came across Ignatia amara for the tongue bites and worrisome attitude. Can I give her that and if yes in what dose and for how long, also give your kind opinions over the same.

as for tongue biting- it may be u no wish to get into it --but --conditions under which it occur need be considered (eact state of mind/emotion/thoughts...etc when occurs ), as well exact locations on tongue where biting occurs, note when (date)this 1ST started and what things were going on just prior to this starting (particular interest is being treated for anything, meds used..etc)
so now this why i say 1 test dose as mentioned--because if ignatia is only partial homoeopathic to case--there will be not a disruption of cure--by implanting unwanted symptoms/characteristics of ignatia by needkess dosing--
as long as patient is doing notHing to block cure--as coffee may or food acids--or in envirement which stimulates in negative manor---then medicine response will be clear as possible---
