Good Morning Sir
I am nt allowed to have AC in my room even at my own expenses as this is a hostel. Due to high electricity consumption.
yesterday night i got swelling on both lips which persisted till morning. Today in morning i got a small heat boil in vaginal area. Painful to touch. I had got lots of them,bigger ones in march 2011 and i dnt want them again. :(
Today when i got up the first thought was of anger and second of fear. Bad start of the day bt i will make it good.

The count is already 4. Some logistic hassles in my place are upsetting me.
In march i took antibiotic courses to get rid of them. Its white in colour, looks like has pus, small one, painful to touch, not otherwise.
No remedy today yet.

Hello Sir,
Last night there was too much itching and rashes. I could not sleep properly. No swelling. I have observed that if the itching gets suppressed, swelling occurs. The heat boil is better now, i had applied something topically.

The board is lying below my bed, not on wall. Today's nail count is 4 till now. Should i put the nail immediately when i get angry or is it ok to put it later?
My present state of mind is quite disturbed due to anger. I ordered for a refrigerator, paid in full, but it has nt been delivered since 5 days. Also i have fear that my ex fiance may try to harm me because they are trying to contact us. I really want to get this out of my mind. his thought itself disturbs me terribly. Also i am tensed abt studies because much time has wasted in shifting to a new room, and i am finding it difficult to concentrate on studies. I am feeling quite lonely at the new place.

good morning sir,
I had rashes and itching at night, but lesser compared to previous night. Towards morning there was slight swelling which subsided on its own in few mins.
I m feeling fresher today. Started the day with preparing breakfast on my own.Cooking is a stress reliever for me :)

Hi
I can cook almost everything that i eat. Some favourites include pudine ka raita, stuffed tomatoes, stuffed dum aloo,gobhi ka paratha, idli sambhar, pizza, noodles,cakes,gulab jamun, gajar ka halwa etc. Cooking is one of my hobbies. I am a vegetarian.
Writing this made me hungry :)Today i did not yell at anybody. Was sleeping or doing house hold work. Did not study :( Will study now.
I have observed that these days, rashes and itching increases one hour after meals, both lunch and dinner.
When i put the nails in the board i feel like i am putting them in my own heart and only hurting myself. The other one is unaffected by my anger.

No nails today. I got slight swelling on lip right now. Also itching and rashes are there.

today i got angry once and entire day was upsetting due to some reasons. My professor got angry on me :(
There were minor rashes during the day as i was hardly at my room. When i am in fresh air or AC i am fine. Will write to u abt the condition in night.
